About you:
You are a creative thinker and you can express that creativity in the widest variety of mediums. You’re capable of inspiring, guiding and collaborating with creative teams. You lead by example, have proven conceptual strength and hands on experience  leading large digital projects. You have led and won new business pitches – recently. You have at least seven years of experience in a traditional and/or digital agency. You have laurels, but you’re not resting on them.

You have BIG ideas that aren’t limited to traditional media and you can express them with a Sharpie. You’ve created integrated campaigns and have the skills to design and produce them in print, interactive, video and multimedia. Your technical skills encompass Final Cut Pro and the latest Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash and After Effects. Your working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web standards enables you to work as a team leader or as part of a team to deliver an engaging user experience with robust analytics. You have at least 3 years agency experience and thrive in a TEAM atmosphere. You can both lead and follow productively even in our fast-paced creative environment. You’re used to exceeding expectations and are looking for an agency setting where your mad skills, “can do” attitude and dedication will be greatly appreciated.
